I am profoundly grateful for the many gifts the practice of yoga has given me. It has helped me to find ease in my body and allowed me to heal a recurrent back problem. Through my practice I have found greater calm and more balance as yoga has revealed to me the necessity to be good to your body, mind and spirit. It holds my energy and attention after all these years because it provides constant opportunities for curiosity, exploration and growth. I believe that yoga is for everyone and as a teacher I strive to make classes safe, fun and accessible. Perhaps the simplest benefit of yoga, is that it just feels good. I want your practice to support your everyday life whether that is walking the dog, gardening, being upside or playing with your kids or grandkids.
